In case of any cancellation, the customer is obliged to intimate us before shipping of the jewellery. 

For cancellation post to delivery of the jewellery, the customer is obliged to bear the shipping charges along with value added charges and taxes. 

We accept cancellation, only if there is any manufacturing defect subject to terms and conditions.
