We have introduced a buy back policy that supports partial exchange. We accept buyback of jewellery with invoice. It depends on the market price. You can choose to buyback any jewellery from the diverse product category. The payment against buyback will be credited to your bank account. 

In case of gold jewellery buyback option, the old jewellery will be taken for valuation. Once the valuation criteria is met and satisfied by the customer, the jewellery shall be exchanged for the present day’s rate. The exchange shall be followed by a new jewellery purchase or cash credit to your respective accounts. 

For exchange, the customer has to send the jewelry with the invoice to our address within 2 days through logistics provided by us which is chargeable.
